Website Development

Websites built around how your business works

Company websites, online shops, booking sites and client portals, designed for your customers, fast on mobile data and registered in your name. Scroll to see one built from brief to finished site, for a driving school we made up.

  1. 01The brief

Learners book by phone and lessons clash. The site needs to take bookings without double-booking an instructor.

  2. 02Sketch

The layout, before any colour, built around the one task that matters most: booking a lesson.

  3. 03Design

Typefaces, colours and photography chosen for this school, drawn from the road signs learners study.

  4. 04Live

Built and working. A learner books Saturday at 9 and pays by mobile money.

  5. 05Every screen

The same site on a phone, where most learners will use it.

The questions a good website should answer

Prices, availability, opening hours, order status, payment confirmation. These are what customers ask most, and a well-built site answers them directly, so your staff spend their time on the enquiries that need a person.

We also build for the long run: a site your team can update without a developer, a design that keeps pace with the business, and a domain and accounts registered in your name. What you own.

Every business gets its own design

Three more concepts, for a haulage firm, a building supplies yard and a pension trustee, each designed around what its customers come to do. All four businesses on this page are made up.

02

Kintampo Haulage

A haulage and clearing firm in Tema

Customers call the office all day to ask where their load is, and the site looks smaller than the firm’s routes.

03

Dadzie Building Supplies

A building materials supplier in Kasoa

Contractors phone for prices that change every week, and orders taken by phone go wrong on the way to site.

04

Tano Pension Trust

A pension trustee’s portal for employers

Employers send a contribution schedule each month, and staff left off it or paid the wrong amount are only found weeks later, by the trust or the member.

What we designed
A calm working screen for payroll officers: upload the month’s file, see at once what matches and what doesn’t, and fix each problem in place before submitting.
How it’s built
Secure sign-in for each employer, the file checked against the trust’s member records as it uploads, and every change logged.
Connected to
The pension administration system, member enrolment and the trust’s service desk.

A site like this, live in 17 working days

Counted from the day we have your words and photos, with two days set aside for you to review the designs. For a company site like the driving school’s, the schedule would look like this.

  • One-page siteLive in 3 working days.
  • Online shopLive 15 to 20 working days once you approve the designs.
  • Portal or web appA two-week assessment first, then a plan with dates.

Design and build are priced separately, so you see and approve the designs before you commit to the build. The build is paid half at the start and half at launch, by bank transfer against our invoice. How fees and payment work across all our services is on Engagements.

Then we hand over the keys

Your domain, hosting, code and logins belong to you from the start. If you move to another provider, you take all of it with you.

  1. Your domainRegistered to you, with the first year paid by us.
  2. HostingOn your own account, often free for a company site.
  3. Business emailAddresses at your own domain, on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
  4. Google Business ProfileWith Maps and Search Console, so people searching nearby find you.
  5. The codeEvery file, handed over.
  6. Every loginWith a one-page guide to changing text, prices and photos yourselves.

Before launch, every site is checked against the following.

  • Accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Tested on a budget Android phone
  • Light enough for mobile data
  • Security headers set
  • Every form tested
  • Spam protection
  • Your team trained

We are registered with Ghana’s Data Protection Commission, and any site that holds personal information is built and run in line with the Data Protection Act.

Days of fixes, at no charge

For 60 days after launch, anything that doesn’t work as agreed, we put right.

Then, an optional care plan

For a fixed monthly fee, agreed in writing. It covers:

  • Security updates, daily backups and uptime monitoring
  • If the site goes down, we start on it within 4 working hours
  • Up to 10 changes a month to text, prices and photos, each within 2 working days
  • One month’s notice to stop, and you leave with everything

Questions

How much does a website cost?

Two fixed fees, agreed in writing once we know what the site has to do: one for the design and one for the build. We send both by the end of the next working day after our call.

Can you redesign the site we already have?

Yes. We keep what works, move your content across, and make sure the addresses people already use still lead somewhere.

Can we update it ourselves?

Yes. We set it up so your team can change text, prices and photos, and show them how.

Will it work on older phones and slow data?

Yes. We test every site on them before launch, and keep pages light so they load on mobile data.

Can it connect to our other systems?

Yes. Payments, WhatsApp, your calendar or stock, and AI Workflow Automation if you want the enquiries handled too.
